Tonight Sara went to choir practice and left Ari with me. I was unable to put him to sleep the same way she does as I am short at least two of her most valuable talents (as far as babies go I mean). As I tried and tried to comfort him and he continued to cry, he finely got fed up and starting crying out "Momma, Momma..." I felt so bad that I couldn't give him what he wanted.

Recently my mom told me to make sure we write down everything that Ari says because we will forget most of it if we don't. Well, he's only five and half months old but I guess I'll start to practice her advice. There have been several times since he was about three weeks old that he has said a perfect "Hi!" to gain many startled reactions from friends of ours.

This is a great sign you will see on the way back from Mt. Hood to our home. It is a sign for two towns, one named "Boring" and the other "Oregon City".
